Let’s go for a literal spritz – we’ll be heading to the TRM floating sauna for a morning to sweat and reset. We’ll do some guided movement with Mikaela Millington along with a few thoughtful prompts (to journal or simply ponder on) then we’ll proceed to sauna, swim, and soak up some solid nature time.
We’ll depart from the TRM dock at 8:00 a.m. and return by noon.
