Inspired by vinyasa and kundalini yoga, and your favourite HIIT workout, it’s an energy-shifting physical practice followed by journal prompts. We’ll quite literally shake it up and then drop in. Perfect for shaking off the remaining layers of last year and getting lighter and clearer. Whether you are feeling blocked or stagnant or just love a little burst of cardio with a side of mindfulness, this practice is sure to help you tap into the flow of your creativity.
Dress to get sweaty and bring a yoga mat, water, and your journal.
