Have a topic you'd love to see covered? We're all ears: hello@spritzsessions.com

  • Local ad expert, surf enthusiast, nature lover, and boat driver extraordinaire Lauren Archibald from BC Collective gave us the rundown on creating and managing our own Google and Meta Ads.

  • We booked Tofino’s iconic TikiBus and toured seven local artist’s studios, getting a peek into their spaces and creative processes. We ended the evening with some tasty Sunday in August wine, Picnic Charcuterie, and a blind portrait drawing activity at the final stop. It was such a hit we will definitely be doing another instalment.

  • A set of two group breathwork sessions led by the amazing Lauren Ryan of Aqua Vita Breathwork. She made the trek to the coast from Invermere to offer her unique, free-diving-inspired guided breathwork, gentle nervous system expansion practices, and integration conversations. It was an incredible weekend and we can’t wait to have her back to do it again!

  • Jess LeBlanc guided us through some of the basics of the nervous system and led an open and engaging conversation about stress, the ways it lives in our bodies, and how to navigate it.

  • We learned all about the enneagram from Urszula Lipsztajn and how it can help us thrive in both our personal and professional lives.

  • Maddy Clerk of Field Guide Finance led us through a finance session designed to help the creative makers, food slingers, cool-shit producers, and movers and shakers make sense of how to manage their money. From overhead, margins, wholesale vs. retail, and so much more.

  • We got together and talked shop with a group of photographers from all backgrounds and experience levels. Andi Wardrop and Jordyn Giesbrecht led the conversation and shared from their wealth of knowledge.

  • A panel made up of local creative business owners discussed the ups, downs, ins, and outs of the entrepreneurial process and life on the coast. Hosted at the newly renovated Clayoquot Sound Theatre, it was a moderated conversation about starting and running a business as well as living a creative life and the process that goes into it.

  • We love to get together for no reason other than connecting with each other. Catching up on the latest in each of our creative lives and celebrating the little wins we might not take time to appreciate on our own.

  • We got schooled by Sammar Charif on how to create smart social strategies and produce authentic content that feels fun, not cringe.

  • A small group workshop where we worked through the process of articulating the elements of your brand platform. Led by Creative Directors Lara Palmer and Dre Turner, they shared their wealth of knowledge from decades spent in advertising agencies and in-house creative departments.

  • A physical movement practice led by Bridget Reichert. Inspired by vinyasa and kundalini yoga, and HIIT workouts, it was an energy-shifting practice followed by journal prompts, designed to shake off any stagnant or stuck energy and let the creativity flow freely.
