Join us for a group breathwork session led by the amazing Lauren Ryan of Aqua Vita Breathwork. She’s coming out from Invermere for an extended weekend to offer her services in two separate group classes, as well as the chance to book in for a few special 1:1 sessions.

Across two 90-minute sessions, we’ll move through guided breathwork, gentle nervous system expansion practices, and integration conversations. Expect effort and softness. Activation and restoration. Depth and play.
